The easiest fix is to put in a 5 inch long arm lift kit with 37" goodyears on walker evans bead locks and swap out both front and rear bumpers for Smittybuilt XRC with tire carrier. No one will notice the scratch in the roof panel.

. The top of my hard top is pretty scratched from branchs, but better than getting smacked in the face with them (thats always fun).Sounds like now you need to paint the whole thing.
