HELP Jeep Stuck on Limp mode after mudding

Went mudding and got stuck in a pretty deep hole, my jeep now has the check engine light on (Code P1731 Incorrect gear engaged) My jeep is now on Limp mode, if anyone can please help with any tips i would appreciate it. Really bummed out 😞
