Awesome, glad I could help! I hear about bent flanges all the time and usually has the same characteristic symptoms. Though sorry to hear it's bent but at least you have your answer.

And yes, all you have to replace is the axle shaft. Replace both, get something chromoly and from someone who warranties bent flanges. I went the ridiculous route and have 300M RCVs. That's the extreme end of the spectrum. So hunt for good deals and check out warranties from various companies.
