Help me identify this Mopar Premium soft top! ...what is this thing?
I am considering buying this top off of someone, and I want to verify the year. what is this gray part, and do all 2012-2014 models have it? ...is it the spring-assist mechanism? I was told it was off a 2013, but have not seen this part pictured below. Thanks!

Thanks, great news! driving 1.5 hours to pick this up and didn't want any surprises. $850 sound about right? includes tinted windows and all the hardware (slight scuff on one window apparently). Thanks again.

I just picked up the '14 premium top. Did you nothing the roll bar mount brackets are different too? I'm curious if they're going to mount up the same on a my 2012 JKU? The tab on the end is what is strange to me. Anybody got an answer for this?
