Found this... Short version, is a network monitoring message so it's electrical from 'fuel and air metering' and could be caused by shorted connection, no connection from ABS or an unlikely message from abs module (module's gone nuts) Check to see if all your connections are intact. That'd be where i'd start.

U1110-LOST VEHICLE SPEED

Set Condition: The PCM either doesn't receive a bus message or receives an implausible bus message from the Anti-Lock Brake Module.

Possible Causes CAN C BUS OPEN OR SHORTED CONDITION NO POWER TO ANTI-LOCK BRAKE MODULE — MODULE UNPLUGGED OR OPEN FUSE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) Theory of Operation The PCM receives: - Wheel speed and wheel distance CAN bus messages from the Anti-lock Brake module. - A/C Pressure, Ambient Air Temperature and Fuel Level CAN bus messages from the Body Control Module.
