Default Help removing bolt?

Broke 2 star keys trying to get these bolts out and then they stripped. Sprayed liquid wrench inside and out and tried removing with channel locks and they wouldn't budge. Anyone have any advice on removing these without damaging the current threads?

I'm guessing if I drill a hole through the middle it will weaken the bolt enough so I can turn it? My other idea was to weld a socket head to it and then wrench it out. This thing is really in there, anti seize for sure next time it goes in

The bolt in the second photo looks like you could get a ViceGrip on it.

Usually that's the first approach when it comes to trying to get a stripped bolt/screw out....outside of ripping it out and damaging the threads.
