Breaker bar? Lol. You see the size of the bolt? Don't think a breaker bar is needed(nor will it work)

Heat and get a better internal Torx socket to use with a big ratchet. You shouldn't be able to break them like that. Are you using an Allen style?

If that falls then weld a nut and then use a ratchet.

It looks like you have enough head to get a big pair of vice grips on them. Smack them with a hammer first then try the vice grips, just make sure they are big ones.

grind a couple of flats on it heat it up and put a wrench, pipe wrench, or vise grips on it.
