Default Hinge Rust

I am getting some rust and paint chipping on the hinges. Any ideas on how to take care of this; stopping it and fixing it?

Hi
Take it to the dealership to have them fix it and repaint it., and then just spray your hinges with a anti-rust lubricant once a week or so, when that builds up so it doesn't wash out as easy

I've heard that spraying the hinges with the Rhino Liner works well too. Has anyone done this; any pics of it?

I wouldn't think that would look right on my silver JK. I think the Rhino would only mask the problem.

I plan on using spray. Any brand recomended?

I have used the Remington wonder lube spray on many things. Not sure how it would hold up in the rain outside though.

There are so many to pic from.

I have seen some that take the doors off and use a synthetic grease on the door pins.

I would also be curious what every one recommends for lube on places like hinges and then general bolts. I use CRC products on my boat (multi purpose and silocon sprays) for moving parts, bolts, and rubber. I didn't think about it at first but I suppose given the mud, salt, and other conditions you might encounter on the trail and road it might make sense to do some more preventative care.

IndianaJK - you may have a good idea - that would be nice if I could use some RemOil and clean the JK and my Remi 1100 at the same time!
