Default Horn not working

I just flew into NY and drove my new (to me) 2007 JKU home. One of the things that needs attention is the horn doesn't work. I checked the fuses and they're fine and neither horn is getting power at the horn. Buddy seems to think its the switch which is part of the airbag. I first thought of clock spring, but there I no check engine lights and no codes. Thoughts?

I have an 08 and when the horn is pressed I can hear the relay click. I changed both fuses which looked fine. Still no horn when pressed, no horn when fob is used to lock doors and no horn on the panic button either. Where do I go from here??

Since you can hear the horn relay, everything from the horn button to the TIPM is good.
Look at the horn and see if it is clogged.
Unplug the connector and with a meter, see if power is getting to the connector. Also, see if the connector has a good ground connection.

Clockspring should be under special warranty. Previous owner should have received a letter. Take it to the good dealer, not the other one...

Since cvfd525 can hear the horn relay click when the horn button is pressed, the problem isn't the clockspring.
