Take a deep breath.

When you say power steering is out, its not working? Its not working like it should? Or its spewing fluid everywhere.

Two, Timing belt? You are probably looking at the serpentine belt. Did it come off the power steering pulley? Could it have broken completely?

The main engine belt is on track but the upper left is looking like it is slightly off. No fluid present, no steering obstructions.

Crawl down under the front of the Jeep. Have someone rock the steering wheel. Are there any broken/loose/damaged parts? I highly doubt you tweaked anything in the engine compartment.

Alright, no worries. The belt slipped off of the power steering pump. You should be able to get it driveable, but i'd reccomend getting a new belt ASAP. Heres how:

Grab the tensioner pully, and push it down towards the ground until you get some slack. Slide the belt fully into the power steering pump pully.

Test it out.

I'm hitting the rack. I'll check in on you tomorrow to make sure you got it up and running. Good Luck!
