Default Jack

Ok, So it took me about 20 minutes to get the jack out of the back of the jeep. Now after i put it back i can't seem to get it from sliding around. Is there a secret that i am missing when putting it back?

When you put it back, it should be as flat as possible. Hold it in place (there's a rib that fits into the top plate from what I recall) and use your free right hand to screw the jack open slightly. The pressure holds it in place. I needed to unscrew mine to get it out the first time. Maybe yours was not installed right from the start.
