A friend had this happen after a fender bender. Turned out to be a blown fuse. Sorry, but I don't know which one.

I'll have to check all the fuses I should be able to get to it today if work doesn't suck me in again

Insurance guy came out and says I'm shit out of luck. Wife's 9 months prego so I really need my jeep up and running asap. Anyone got any other ideas?

Did you check fuses?

Yep all the fuses are good from what I can tell. Pulled the starter and got it checked and that's good so im going to try getting the battery checked again

Did you try to move shifter to neutral, with my automatic I will have to push shifter forward sometimes. If this works then you narrowed it down

I've tried shifting and starting it but I'm going to try it again since it seems like that happens a lot

If the neutral trick does not work you're most likely going to start having to check to see if you have a loose ground somewhere. If you have a meter start checking from the battery to the starter with the key on. Could be the collision knocked a wire loose somewhere.

Have you tried checking the negative terminal to your battery? Mines loose as hell and every so often fails to make proper contact preventing the jeep from starting. I just wiggle it around and it fires right up. One day I'll replace or tighten it...
