Computer had ended up dropping some of the codes, apparently when unhooking the battery in a jk you have to have the key in the "on" position or else it will drop some of the codes. Had to reprogram everything, not to bad but a huge hastle. Next time Ill try the "3 time on" thing to see if it can be prevented
