JK 10a Front Bumper Tow Hook removal
Anyone have a walkthrough on the removal of the front tow hooks on a 10a bumper?
I have the bumper off the Jeep right now but now seeing how I will access the tow hooks/remove them from the bumper. Don't like the red hooks with my green JK so I want to paint them.

Update:
I now have all exterior bolts and the fog lights uninstalled, the main bracket that the fog lights and tow hooks attach to is loose but I can't seem to get the tow hook to clear through the hole in the outer bumper shell. Any pointers for this part would be appreciated. Thanks!
