Default JK Hood

Hi All,

I have a new 2011 JK Unlimited. While driving down the highway around 75 mph my hood tends to pop up and down as if it's loose. Has anyone expierienced the same thing before and if so is there anything to do about it?

Andy

Take off the spring that pushes the hood up when you access the hood should solve everything

Welcome the club. Kidding aside pretty much all jeep wrangler hoods do that. Even my old cj5 did it.

Very common problem with all Wranglers.
Get these. Daystar hood wranglers. $24.99
They are cheap, look stock, very easy to install & will eliminate hood flutter.
Recommended.

A favorite saying around here...."it's a Jeep thing"

It is a common issue since well forever. Daystar makes a great replacement product!

Welcome to the club
