they all work except a outlet fuse.

k so I have the jeep home. I have charged the battery and tried a few things. all the fuses seem to be great. all the lights work, radio works, everything works, except it doesn't start. what do I think?

Have you tried just putting your friends battery in your jeep and tried starting it. That way you will know if it's battery related or not. If it still don't start then try seeing if there's voltage going to your starter

well my battery is fully charged now, so that's not it. and I tried. checking codes already but all it did was give dashes.

I personally would pull the battery and have it tested for voltage and cold cranking amps. I just put an Optima in mine for the same reason

well would tat have happened from grounding the positive? cause that is what's causing this.

Any idea how old the battery is? Mine went without warning, lights and electronics still worked, but no start. Also, check and double check both ends of all your grounds, especially the one going to the battery

Mine has this issue constantly...shift it back and forth between park and neutral, trying to start in either position. I was told that JKs have an issue where it doesn't communicate to the computer that it's in drive or neutral so it won't start, but my dealers in the area can't seem to fix it, so I live with it.
