Leather
Hey you guys with leather interior. How does it hold up?
How old is your Jeep and how many miles do you have on it?
I am debating about going leather with my next Jeep. But if it doesn't seem to be holding up then I don't want to waste my money.
Thanks

My 2011 Unlimited Rubi has the leather option and it looks great. Has great texture to it and has a very durable feel to it. I sell leather for a living and can attest that a very good leather is used throughtout. i only have 1000 miles so far but it will take me far into the future. i say get it!!
I completely agree. I've had my 2010 Rubi Unlimited for about a year now with 12k miles and the leather has held up great. I've had a more than moderate amount of mud, rain, and dog hair on the leather and it has cleaned up quite easily. I would definitely get leather again!
No, but I think most recommend Katskinz over this brand. (see page 20 on this PDF http://www.katzkin.com/files/7612/84...7/chrysler.pdf). I want the seats shown in this picture really bad! I've been told they're Katskinz.

I was thinking about getting wet okole seat covers, but i could just replace my cloth with leather when it wears out for the same price. What do ya'll think??

Not sure it's apples to apples but my wife's '06 Grand Cherokee came through with leather seats. We owned that for 39 months. Based on our experience with that I would avoid Jeep leather. It was garaged for it's entire life and the driver's seat just didn't hold up. We found that it was a very thin layer of leather over a fabric substrate. Very similar to the way vinyl is made. We test drove a 2010 with leather, navigation and all. The JK leather looked nice and SMELLED GOOD but I wasn't confident. We ended up with a 2011 Sport with cloth seats. For what it's worth.
