Default Locker Switch and Sway bar Inop??

My brother joined the ranks and purchased a 2009 Rubicon last night. The sway bar and locker switches are totally inop. The vehicle was used as a rental in Hawaii for a time. I am thinking the the control unit was deprovisioned when it went into the rental fleet. The fuses and relays look good. Any ideas on this one?

Try disconnecting the battery for a while to reset the TIPM computer.

No experience with this problem but just wondering...did you try messing with the transfer case lever to make sure the jeep knows its in 4lo? I don't know how the computer tells the position of the lever but have you ever had an automatic trans vehicle that wouldn't start unless you jiggle the shifter because it thinks its in gear even though it's in park? worth a shot.

let us know when you figure it out.

Thanks - disconnected the battery and pulled the related relays and boom everything works now.
