Default Lost Mopar Wheel Lock Key

I'm so angry right now I can't see straight. I came home tonight to do a quick, 30 minute repair to my Jeep and have somehow misplaced my wheel lock key -- I have a feeling I left it sitting on my front bumper last time I had a flat.

What's the best way to remove the dealer-installed Mopar wheel locks? I don't care if I destroy them -- I can't see anyone wanting my Cragar soft 8's

If it is not an urgent repair, exercise a little patience and get a new key from the dealer. That would be my idea of the best way to remove them.

What if I wanted to be impatient and throw them away?

Now you are qualifying your request. I thought you wanted the best way. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Get a socket and beat it on with a hammer. The only problem is you can't get the socket of after doing this.

Here's one way http://www.wheellockkey.com/

If in a bigger hurry Snap-on, Mac Tools, Matco, Cornwell all carry removeing tools. Find your local dealer.

Not sure if my dealership just sucks, but they said they can't replace just the key. I accidently stripped mine, but the lugs are still ok. I called McGard, which is who makes them, and they said they could replace it no problem, I just had to give them the serial number....Just in case you change your mind on ruining them.

just go to any tire shop and they can remove them for you. OEM locks are worthless anyway. Get some gorilla locks if you lose the key to that they can send a replacement for you.
