Default Loud clunk after shifting?

I have a Rubi unlimited with the 6 speed manual and I get popping and clanking when I shift gears in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. It seems to go away in 4th through 6th. Does anybody else have this problem?

When I release the clutch after a shift is when I get a loud clunk. The vehicle only has 800 miles so it shouldn't be from wear, etc. Any thoughts?

I think it's normal.....Each time I got my throw-out bearing and clutch (3 times now) I got that clunk for the first few 100 km's on each replacement and it went away after time.... LikeGoodysGotaCuda stated...it takes time for it to go away. If you are worried about it get it documented by your dealer when you are in next time for servicing.
