Default Mirror relocation using stock mirror

Made my own bracket in just a few minutes and removed the stock mirror and bolted it on works great , looks decent too[attach=config]203701[/attach][attach=config]203704[/attach]

pics posted ! i used a 5 and a half inch bracket and rebent it in a vise so that i had 1/1/2 or so on both ends facing opposite directions . this bracket was from an old mack mirror brace and had holes already drilled . i just bent it the way i needed . took an m8 bolt about 3 1/2 inches long and mounted to door hinge then removed stock mirror from the factory mount with an m27 torx and bolted to my bracket using a 3/4 inch m8 adjusted and viola

Default Mirror removal??????

I just bought Crown's mirror relocation kit and I cant figure out how to remove the factory mirror from the factory mount/arm. Any help would be great, Thnaks.

I ended up putting a pin down in the screw hole and tapping it loss from there.

Hold the mirror in your hand and hit the other end with a mallet. I have done it twice and worked well that way.
