Default Mopar Hitch Install allignment question?

I searched and did not find anything...

I picked up a used mopar hitch off the forum and just put it on. It was off an 08 and I might add it was a PITA to install. Very tight on the frame. Spent all my time prying it off and pushing it back up trying to get the holes to align. After I was looking at my new toy I noticed it is not centered in the notch in the bumper. Does this matter? It is very slightly angled to the right. Anyone else's like this? I know it could also be the plastic bumper being off a bit. Would this matter while towing?

No the angle will not matter at all. I had to opposite problem I bought an aftermarket hitch and it was loose.

On the back side some of the paint flaked off(due to rust). Everything else is perfect. Even if it was a bent would this affect towing since this is just a pivot point?

I'm still glade i didn't waste the 2500 more for it done factory. 50 for a hitch 30 for a harness it a little better.

I wish I had a mallet. I had a pry bar and a hammer for fine tuning but pretty much I was on my back and worked on my bench press until I could get the thing on and the holes aligned.

I looked online for torq numbers on the bolts but I pretty much used my largest socket wrench handle and all of my muscle. Honestly if the bolts all came out I doubt the receiver would come off due to it being so tight...

I just put the mopar hitch on my Jeep. It literally took 5 minutes.
