Muffler inside vibrations?
 

I have a 08 sahara unlimited with lift and 35s
i have the stock OEM muffler
the other day i heard a horrible vattiling coming from inside the muffler
never have heard of anything like this and i was wondering if anyone had any input and possible if it would be under warrenty

I would check the heat shield above the muffler to make sure all 4 nuts are still there and its not bent before I bring it in to the dealer.

already did its not bent and its all good its inside the muffler

Maybe some kid shoved rocks in it:dontknow2:

I see a warranty repair in your near future. If they try and charge you too fix it shoot me a PM and if you pay shipping you can have my stock muffler for free.

ok so i talkedto a friend/mechanic and he said a wall inside the muffler could be broken causing it to rattle

Mine's got the same thing, did you have to get it fixed yourself, or did they cover it under warranty?

loose baffle internally in the muffler- not repairable. Should be a warranty item....:D
