Nervous
I owned several Honda automobiles including two Odyssey mini-vans. They've both been the biggest POS's I've ever owned, having numerous problems including suspension (wobbles, pull to the right), tires that wear very fast and that nobody can fix except Honda (PAX), transmission problems (both have had the transmissions replaced under warranty), doors that won't open / close (power sliders), and a myriad of other fit / finish issues.
No automaker is immune to problems with their vehicles, it's how they respond and back up their product or run that makes / breaks it for us owners. Sounds like Chrysler is 50/50 in that regard but I wouldn't take the internet echo chamber, particularly forums like this, as indicative of broader overall trends in how the Wrangler is holding up in its 4th year of production in the JK series.
I did a ton of research and homework before buying my JK, had been eyeing them since they came out in 2007 and they don't seem to have any fatal flaws (knock on wood). Hopefully by waiting and buying after they worked some of the earlier issues out of the product, that'll continue to be true of the 2010 run. With the upcoming re-powering in 2012 (allegedly), all bets are going to be off however. Those buyers will get to debug new issues, and even potentially 2011 owners will have some fun stuff to work through.
So stop stressing out, sounds like you already bought, just relax and enjoy your new Jeep.

Its all relative: for example I had a 83 GT Mustang 302 V8 = 175 hp = fastest US production car that year, 91 Dodge Ramcharger 318 V8 = 180 hp 10 mpg city 11 hwy (oh joy) couldn't drive up over a curb w/3.73 gears unless in 4 lo. 08 Rubicon 6 spd V6 w/ 202 hp 4.10's 15/19 mpg's.... Where you wanna go?
No problems here. I've had my '08 for little over a year and a half and no issues at all. No overheating or oil burning. It has enough power for me and gets me through the OBX deep soft sand like it's nothing. Haven't noticed brake line wear.
I've never noticed if the oil light comes on at 3k miles. I do have to look at it for a while because I use synthetic oil and refuse to change it before 4k miles at least so I probaly look at the light for over 1k miles before I change the oil.
So far my soft top doesn't leak. The only problem I have with it is like everyone else, when you open the door, you had better move quick or you will get a waterfall on you. I've learned to either wait for the waterfall to flow or jump in really quick.
This is my first Wrangler and I'm wondering why I waited so long to get one. I love it! It almost makes driving to work and back fun as I look forward to driving the JK. It's a rough ride but fun. I have my off-road vehicle and convertible all in one. It doesn't get much better than this.

As far as the warranty is concerned, some folks have had issues, most have not. My experience has been great, my mod friendly dealer asked me one question about my lift: "Why didn't you get 35's".
I have owned four Jeeps; CJ5, CJ7, J20, and my JK. All my Jeeps, with the exception of the JK, were litterally pieces of crap that were a source of constant problems. Electrical, mechanical, you name it. However, I loved each one and became smarter at trouble shooting. I have also owned tons of Ford F-350's, a few Corvette Z06's, Land Rovers, a BMW B7 Alpina and the list goes on. Bottom line, they all had their own unique issues. You want to own a trouble free vehicle that has zero issues, good luck finding that because it doesn't exist. The JK is incredible for what it is, I have yet to own a more capable off roader right off the dealership floor than the 2009 Rubicon I have for daily driver. I wheel the damn thing hard and have not seen any problem other than Death Wobble due to improper wheel seating by the dealer and Discount Tire workers, and that was fixed by carefully placing the wheel on the hubcentric axles and tightening the lugs evenly and correctly. No other issues ever.
