Hello all. I'm new here, picked up my first jeep 2 months ago. A 08 JKU with 35k miles. It was all stock when bought. Haven't done much to it yet but plan on the TF performance leveling kit and 33" duratracs. This is a DD for me. Today I painted the stock wheels a gunmetal gray color. Once these tires wear out I plan on getting the duratracs and some AEV Pintlers in argent, so this paint job will hold me over till then. I have wheel spacers in now to improve the stance some.

 

Looks good bro... I painted mine too back before I got my after market stuff... Duratracs are a great choice, by the way... It's what I'm running and I love em'!

I like the gray also, seems like everyone is painting their wheels black.

 

I used the dupli-color graphite wheel paint. I sanded in-between coats which lightened it up a hair over the cap color.
