New to lockers! Help!

I just got ARB air lockers installed and need to know how to operate it. I know I sound like a noob. lol.
When do I activate the lockers, in 4 wheel drive or will it still work without being in 4 wheel drive. Does it work in 2 wheel drive?

There should be a switch or a button for it just push it and it will work. You can use it whenever you like to.

...but don't use the locker on the road; you may end up pointed in a direction you don't want to go.
