Default New Vibration and TPMS error

Just picked up my 2010 Rubicon with 13000 miles at the shipment yard (moving from Hawaii to Washington DC). TPMS warning light popped on as I drove away, and noticed a new vibration throughout my drive home, most prominent when coming to a stop or when accelerating from a stop, but present at highway speed too. The vibration feels more like a shudder. Tire pressure initially was all around between 35-38, with no real change with a decrease in vibration or TPMS error when aired down to 32-34. Spare included. Any ideas? Could the two be related? I'm good with a wrench, but ignorant to the fine workings of suspension and electronics.
