Default Observation

I have two 4 door JK Rubicons.
One is noticeably "taller" than the other in stock form.
Could this be due to the soft top vs. the hard top?
I doubt it.
The difference is about 1.5 inches, believe it or not, front and rear of the rig!
Has anyone else noticed this difference in their Jeep next to another?

Which is taller, the soft top or the hard top? Does one have the tow package? I've heard the tow package comes with stiffer rear springs, which may account for a bit of rear lift. Otherwise, I'm not sure. I particularly can't think of any reason for the front springs to differ among 4-dr Rubis.

Oh, and

Maybe take some comparison shots for us?

I have a Rubi with hard top and tow package. To me it has way too much forward rake. I'm actually planning on doing 1.75" spacers up front, just to get it right (I may have to do small spacers in back too). So, I bet that with the tow package, the rear is higher. I too have heard someone say that the hard top also comes with stiffer springs. Could there be 3 different sets of rear springs for the Rubi?

What's the best way to measure this? Let me know, and I'll go measure mine.
