"offroad" in the dash cluster.
 

So, today I am sitting waiting for niner domestic, with the roof off, sun shining in. Because of the glare I can see everything that could possibly light up on my instrument cluster. I see "offroad". So I grab my manual, and there in nothing mentioned in it at all. Of course I did a search on here, and before anyone says something, do a search for offroad ANYTHING on this site. You get more hits than Carter has pills.....
So can anyone tell me how to get it lit up? I have had it offroad, but alas all I see is the traction control light come on. When I kick in 4WD hi or lo all that comes on is the 4WD light. Maybe I am not wheeling hard enough?;)

LOL I'm getting to old I know who Carter is and have heard the phrase before. Funny a guy from Ontario has heard it/used it and some in the USA haven't. No slam intended just struck me funny.- President Carter and liver pills is how I've heard it.

I beleive Carter was a pill co...... Pres. Carter was just a pill..........:rollingeyes:

The offroad on the dash is probably for the euro crowd.
The Carter's Pills thing predates Jimmy Carter, my grandfather used to talk about Carter's Pills.

I dont have anything that says, or could say when lighted "OffRoad" that i am aware of, and i looked. If it is there, i am as blind as a bat. Where was it exactly?

i sconged this out of the Users manual... It looks like it shows everything?

i think it's because the cluster is the same as D/C (or just C?) models (never having actually been in one. i'm faithful). if they don't have a two position tcase, they just push a button to engage 4wd, and "offroad" will light up.
