"Sway Bar" light goes up when you disconnect the sway bar.

 

I have a European JK and I saw the words 'OFF ROAD' today in the display panel when the sun was shining on the dash. It is underneath 'CRUISE 4WD'.

I also noticed what looks like a parking radar symbol on the other display.

 

I have the OFF ROAD light too.

 

 

Do you have the light because it is a Canadian JK?

 

No, midwest here. And its plain as day when the sun shines on the panel. Never had it light up though.

 

Is it possibly for the Off Road esp setting?

 

I guess the light could be for future features. Maybe the will eventaully ad something like A-trac in FJs.

 

Well not much help with the offroad but if you hold down the trip reset button for like 5-10 seconds then put the key and and turn it all the way to ignition without turning the car on it will light up all the dash lights and make the needles go full sweep.

Edit: did this after work and I noticed that the offroad word does not light up during this test. So I dont think it will ever come on. Maybe for future or different models.
