Oil in the intake
While changing the spark plugs I noticed oil in the intake runners (if that's their name). I'm talking about holes you see after removing the plenum where the 6 little gaskets are. I see oil in the tube which enters behind the throttle body.
My question is:
1. Is this normal?
2. What is this tube? Pcv?
3. What is the tube that feeds the air intake near the filter?

Oil in the intake may very well be coming in through the PCV valve.
If it was my car I would check the compression, maybe get concerned about worn rings, since that is one way you can get a lot of extra pressure in the crankcase and cause oil to come through even a properly working PCV valve.

What could it be if not the PCV?

I once had oil in my air filter. This was caused by having too much oil in the Jeep. I used to change and dump 6qts in without actually checking the level. For one reason or another, there was too much oil and it ended up in the air filter.
Someone commented that oil in the intake has been common from the 50's. Simply not correct. In the 50's it was likely due to a bad seal of the rings to the bore. Today likely due to the use of "low tension rings" .
