If you are still under warranty, take it to the dealer.

Otherwise....

The switch has been known to go bad. Remove it from the console and momentarily jump the wires. If the O/D Off light comes on, it is a bad switch.

Mine doesn't work either.

I can tell you what it doesn't do, it doesn't shift it out of overdrive. You should have a light that comes on and when you're in OD, it should kick it down...doesn't do a thing.

Mine's an '08 and it hasn't worked since I purchased it. Didn't know it until a couple months ago when I wanted to use it. lol

Just out of curiosity, do you know what they replaced?

I don't have a warranty, but if it's the button, then I might just do that myself, but if it's a deeper issue, then I'll have to eat the bullet and get it fixed.

i think it's a bad button. finally got the O/D off light to come on after pressing the button several time, but then it wouldn't turn off until i killed the motor. guess i will take it back to the dealer, its under warranty.

I believe it was just the button on it. It would work if you pressed it down at an angle pretty hard.
