Default P0300 and Limp mode

2007 2 DR JK, 33,000 miles... constant limp mode, have changed out plugs, wires, coil pack, crankshaft position sensor, upstream O2 sensor on drivers side (also same side plugs were fouled), injectors on cylinders 2,4 & 6 because of carbon build up on those plugs. When I first bought it, it drove great but would go into limp mode and throw P0300 and P0430 when put under a load (passing) I would let off the gas it would come out of limp mode and as long as I eased into the throttle it was fine. Now it will idle great but as soon as I put it into gear it goes into limp mode. I am hoping you guys have suggestions because I am just throwing parts at it at this point! PLEASE HELP!
