When I did the Mopar BBK install, I had to bench bleed the MC and bleed the brakes. I used this brake bleeding vacuum pump from HF.

I wouldn't recommend that tool since it did seem to be falling apart near the end of the job where the last bleed I did with it was a bit more difficult due to the state of the tool. However, it did do the job for me. My brake pedal is firm and my brakes work great. The MightyVAC cost twice as much and looks to be better quality. I see no reason it wouldn't get the job done for you. Whenever I need to bleed brakes again, I'll likely pick up the MightyVAC. I had no reason to have the ABS activated when I bled my brakes. When ABS is not activated the ABS module is sealed off from the rest of the system. The only reason I could see someone needing the ABS activated and bled is if they already had air in the brake system and the ABS got activated, thus letting some of that air into the ABS module. That doesn't seem to be your current state, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Nice. I'm definitely just going to get the MightyVAC. I think I saw it for $99 on amazon.

Ok so I got the mityvac from Home Depot. Same price as amazon but better and easier return policy. I was thinking about going with the synergy brake lines front and rear.

https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/b...brake-line-kit
Brand: Synergy ManufacturingCoating: KevlarColor: SilverLength: 25.07inLift Height Range: 4.5inLocation: Front or RearMaterial: Stainless SteelWould the length be ok for my OME lift and 305 70 r16? I know I am no where near 4.5in but I’m not sure if I have drop brackets or not and if I should reuse the current brackets or just buy new since they are prob cheap enough. Can the synergy lines be too long and should I just be on rock auto for a set of replacement AC Delco or Wagner or something? Maybe someone can help me with some part advice? Would like to get this done next weekend. I’ll report back on the mityvac also.

I think those will be to long and rub something, especially with the shock compressed while turning. Suspect your JK has the same front shocks as mine, they have 1" more extended length than stock -- lift amount doesn't matter. If so, the stock line length is long enough to take the extra inch of travel at full travel-articulation.

From what I can find on search, the stock brake line length is Front-20 3/8in. end to end with the straight section measuring 17 inches. The rear-19 3/8in. long with the center section being 16 inches. Im not sure if this is correct.

Any type of stainless braided is an extended length from what I can find starting at 23" and going to 26". That definitely seems too long. Quadratec and Rock Auto do not carry the mopar oem and I really don't want to pay a dealer price for the stock lines. Am I looking at AC Delco then? I was kinda thinking of at least upgrading the lines to something a little more durable but Im willing to pay for OEM I guess or if someone else has run something different please let me know what it is?

Not sure what direction to take here on this.

moparwholesaleparts.com -- And for a %5 discount use the code TY17. Click here for a quick search on "hose brake". Looks like each hose is around $30. OEM is about as durable as they get.

Thanks Mr. T. I've never ordered from them before. I always felt for some reason the website lacked creditability for whatever reason I made up in my head but I'll def order today. I just usually always found it on rock or quadratec.

How about the bracket and bolt and also washer hardware for the hoses?

Maybe these: ?

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...njo+bolt,10620

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...der+screw,1708

And not sure what this is? Maybe 2012 plus?

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...ose+clip,12216

Can't find anything for bracket.

It's all at moparwholesaleparts.com at roughly the same price. They're a dealer in Arizona so shipping is less and faster on the west coast. I even get consumables like antifreeze from them. Search on the mopar part number from rockauto, quadratec, parts diagrams at moparwholesaleparts, or other sites. For example, here's that 6508914 banjo bolt: https://www.moparwholesaleparts.com/...bolt-6508914aa

And if you enter the jeeps VIN, they'll verify the part number fits. I buy from RpckAuto and Quadratec too, but they don't have as much mopar oem.
