Welcome to the forums...

I painted the brake calipers on my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse. There is a special epoxy paint although I have heard of some just using high-temp rattle can stuff. The epoxy stuff needs to mixed and it sets up quick. When I did the Eclipse I had it up on jack stands with all four tires off, calipers cleaned and taped off before opening the paint and mixing the hardener in.

I painted mine. looks great. I used enamel spry paint, it's been on for over a year. I would suggest using a heat paint, used for painting engines or grills. I couldn't find any in the color I needed, thats why I used enamel. Make sure that you clean and dry the surface very good before doing any painting.

Yes, of course you can paint the calipers. It is quite easy, there is nothing special about it, aside from using some high temp paint as the calipers can get pretty toasty.
