Default Pitman/Drag Link Boot

When installing my new tow hooks and stubifying the stock bumper, I noticed the pitman to drag link boot was blown and grease was leaking Hasn't affected steering (yet).

My question is...

Is the boot replaceable? Whats steps would I need to take to do it?

Also the Drag Link rotates maybe 1/4 of a full turn.

the drag link will rotate.....that's normal

eventually that link will corrode and fail and you will need a new drag link

I doubt that part is serviceable
