Spraying the emblem was pretty simple. I might have been a little generous with the tape around the letters, but got a great, smooth finish. If any is sprayed on the grille itself, a poke with a toothpick will enable you to peel off the excess. Just three light coats will do the job perfectly.

Just clean really well and spray. Try to avioud using tape if possible because the plasti dip will want to come off with the take. Great thing about it is that it can always come off! I have had my wheels done for a couple months and t still good! Great for door locks too.

Default Plasti Dip

I just finished plasti dipping my wheels today. I wish I knew about this stuff earlier. Dipyourcar youtubes channel is a great resource for dipping. I used kitchen garbage bags to protect my brakes and rotors, worked great! Best part is if you over spray on tire, let it dry and peel it right off! Here are a few pictures.Click image for larger version

I replaced them all with McGrard lug nuts, they are solid one piece lugs.

So leaving the wheels on, it didnt run or drip? I have been thinking about doing this but was trying to figure out the best way. Didnt know if it was better to remove the wheels.
