Default Quality Jeep Mechanic needed in Charlotte, NC area

Hey everyone, I own a little brother TJ (2001). For years I have had issues with the check engine light. I spent over $400 replacing O2 sensors, catalytic converter, throttle position sensor, EVAP module, etc. But the light still comes on. I think it is a computer error. My problem is that the light keeps it from passing NC state inspection. In the past I have just disconnected the battery, driven more than50 miles and then gotten the inpection done before the blasted little light pops back on. This year it seems to be popping on before I can do this trick. I would love to get it fixed, but don't really want to spend un-Godly amounts of money while the local stealership bumbles around trying to figure it out.

Does anyone know a really good Jeep mechanic in this area that I can contact?

Thanks for any help you can give.
