Question on rear corner armor
Hi all
Have kind of an odd question I guess. I recently ditched my rear bumper and installed a delete kit. So far I'm happy with it. But noticed it looks like if I were to come down on a rock my rear corner sheet metal could get pretty bashed up. So I been looking at rear corner armor. Non of the ones I've seen seem to wrap UNDER the rear corner to protect from an upward bash, like they're still counting on a bumper to be there. Or will the armor be strong enough to protect from that. Any thoughts or past experience would be welcome!!! Thanks!!!

Stock photos online don't have the rail at the bottom. That must be something else?

You also have to keep in mind that your tires will keep the rear corner off the rocks as well.
My rear bumper takes a beating but it is past where the rear quarter panel is. You can always have your fabricator put a piece of flat steel on the corner. I would it after the corner is installed.
