This is probably old news for most of you, but I thought I'd post just in case.

I was planning on buying these on Quadratec for $35.00.

I had to put the top back on yesterday due to weather rolling through, and they worked great! Very easy to install... no tools.

FYI. I believe the pic on Ebay is for another model. The actual product that was shipped to me looked just like the ones on the Quadratec site.

 

good call, thats where i got mine at, ebay, and they are the same as quadra, except less then half the price, i also go the other ones for the soft top in a package deal.

in a nutshell this awesome forum is free and awesome because of all the sponsors who spend advertising money to sponsor their products and places of business on here (quadratec being one of them i believe) and when a link to the same products that they sell for half the price on ebay shows up, while appreciated by a good many, it understandably upsets those sponsors who have paid money to advertise here....hey it's a free country i know but it's generally frowned upon for those reasons....i'm sure a forum moderator will chime in here to explain it better than i did but that's the concern...

Here's another tip for ya....you don't need to pay for the thumb screws. Simply tighten the oem torx bolts with your fingers. They are large enough to grab onto and do this without a wrench. You can hand tighten enough to secure the top and keep it from rattling for the Summer and very easily remove them by hand as well. Now, when I put it on for the Winter, I will very lightly snug them down with a torx wrench since they won't be getting removed multiple times a week.
