I have noticed lately that the radio isn't going off all the time when I open the door. So I have to turn it off manually in fear that it might stay on the whole time I'm out of the jeep. Has anybody else had this happen?

 

Never heard of anything like that but I have to admit I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to those kinds of things. Do you think it might correct itself if you took your SuperChip and set it back to stock if it would correct the problem? Just a thought.

 

That is wierd...I know my radio stays on for 5 minutes after i shut it off...but this is when the Doors are off.

have you checked door wire harness is is clipped in and tight/locked?

 

Could be a broken wire in the door wiring harness. Does the interior light come on when you open the door? If not then thats what it is. Mine had that problem, took it in on warranty.

 

Looks like that's it. With the almost 24 hours of daylight we get up here at this time, I didn't notice the dome light not coming on when the door is opened. I have an oxygen sensor bad, or going bad too, so looks like it will go in for warranty work soon as well. Make that damn extended warranty pay for at least something.......
