Love this forum!!! Pretty sure this is exactly whats going on! After reading this post I checked my tie rod - I can move it back and forth about an inch or two and at each hard stop its metal on metal clunk..... checked the other parts and my drag link does the exact same thing. So now that I have it narrowed down how do I stop the clunking or is this just normal JK noise over bigger bumps in the road when my suspension moves up and down? Thanks for all the help as always

There are several other companies that make HD tie rods much cheaper. I'll upgrade once this stocker craps out and do a drag link flip at the same time
