Default Rear Door Leak ?

Just washed & hosed down my unlimited.
Went into the rear storage compartment to get out the air pump and it was soaking.
Checked out floor drain plug inplace OK.
Checked out the jack compartment which was dry as a bone.
All I can think is that water has got through the door seal, (door handle end)hit the end of the carpet and travelled down into the storage area.
I only used a regular low pressure hose.
Is it worth mentioning to the dealers ?
Does this warrent replacing the rubber seals around the back door ?
I was thinking it may be useful to waterproof the carpet in this area, which may stop the water travelling.
Anyone else experienced this ?

Thanks
RLT

I've had mine into the shop twice in the last month for this. First time they replaced the seal but didnt really solve the problem the second time they removed the spare tire and and re-sealed a vent cover or something on the tailgate, plus they really lubed the seals so I'm not sure which one did it but I have no leaks after 2 nasty storms and a good washing today.

We had that problem...it was coming in because he seal on the glass was bent on the passenger side...I'd still make the dealer figure it out if its under warranty!
