Default Rear window defrost

One of the two wire's that attaches to the rear window for the defrost has broken off the conductive strip on the window. How can i fix this, i have no warranty left. It looks like it may have been glued on , then soldered. Any suggestions.

I bought a product that is conductive glue. Do a Google search for "conductive glue" there is some available commercially and I saw one where you make your own. I'd avoid heat at all costs. Good luck

Default Just get

Just get a tire cover that says "I don't look behind me when I back up, SO MOVE"
"If Window is Frosted, I can't see, SO MOVE"

Some would say you a new window.
Some would say you need a whole new top.

Agreed. a dealer will want to replace, not repair.

There are repair kits available. I have not personally tried one or know anyone who has.

for example, check out:
