Anyone get this recall? Anyone had an issue?

 

It's more of a recall for the tow bar if your Jeep is being towed behind a motor home.....

 

Do you mean the J24 Recall for the Mopar Towbar for the JK? That concerns the front towing assembling when towing the JK behind an RV. It's a standard recall on the towbar not the Jk's rear trailer hitch assembly.

I received J24 towbar recall and the J30 transmission temp flash recall. The dealer performed the transmission flash and noted that I don't have the towbar assembly.

 

I got the J24 Recall notice for the towbar and I don't even have one!

Same here. I only have the 2 front and one rear tow hooks. Maybe we can talk them into adding a hitch!

Just got my recall letter in yesterday's mail...

 

Today I received my second "J24" recall notice in five Months (for a Tow Bar I don't have). Thinking a visit to dealer may necessary to put a stop to further notices.

 

I do not have the towbar but I was afraid that it was more than that because the notice talked about having the vehicle repaired. I called the dealer and they said that it is just a recall for the towbar accessary and there is nothing that needs repaired or replaced on
my vehicle.
