Default Red fluid from leaking!!!!

I just went to my jeep while at work and noticed a spot under it. So I backed up and inspected. There appears to red fluid on the undercarriage dripping down. So transmission fluid?

I know the auto trans cooler lines use to be the culprit (faulty connections) I would check those first. May not be the case on 2012 but def would start there.

Well that's part of the transmission/power train, so 5 years or 100 K. I too would check the transmission lines, from the passenger side of the pan up to the front, across the front and into the radiator in the drivers side. My line is really close to running the power steering line.
