Removing window tinting
It's a b**ch!!! I have seen it done but I depends on how long the tint has been on there. I have seen some tint remover spray. You peel up a corner then spray under it as you pull the tint off. Next you have to wipe the remaining glue off the window. How bad are the scratches?I would consider permanent marker is they are relatively small.good luck

Flat razor blade, hair dryer or heat gun, and some sort of windex goo gone combo heat from the outside of the window and use the razor to start a corner, once you get it going just use your fingers to pull it off in one piece, I do this for work every so often
Ya depends if it wasn't on long usually a razor blade will work good, will have a slight stink to it doesn't always happen, get some windex and clean the window using the razor blade as it'll clean everything off!
I was under the impression that the stock tints in the rear were actually tinted glass?
Anyway, what I did when I bought my first car (used piece of crap) that had a bubbled rear tint was go to CVS and get a bottle of ammonia. Its like $1.50 for an entire jug of it.
Pour some in a spray bottle and on a hot sunny day, spritz it on the window and let it soak in. Do this a couple times and let it really soak in, after that peel it off. Use steel wool (0000) to scrape the remainder off.

Front tints are illegal here for any actual amount of tint so I don't believe dealers install them I don't know about other states. But the windows of the hardtop and rear of a JKU you can't untint.

Nope and ya maybe in his state it's legal to have the front window done.. Or maybe he bought one that was already clear. And had them do it maybe? Odd but stranger things have happens
Interior of my daughters car got flooded. Kept draining the water out and after about a month, the rear tints just pulled right off. No glue left and no. Scraping needed. Moisture will definitely do it.
