Default reseating tires

Every time i got out wheeling i air down to about 18psi on the stock rubi tires. Definitely makes a difference on ride but at least half of the time i get mud or dirt in the bead and when i air back up, end up with a slow leak. Im getting tired of throwing 25 bucks to the guy at the local garage to clean and reseat the tire. Anyone have any tips? ive been thinking about just sliming the tires and call it done but i suspect the tpms sensors would not be amused. Any home remedies for popping the bead and reseating?

I know for breaking the bead off, you can place a board on your tire close to the rim, drive something up on to it to drop the bead. Done that. To reseat the bead, with tire off jeep sitting flat, spray aerosol lighter fluid around inside the tire than quickly drop a match on it. Loud pop! and there ya go, nice tight bead. Not as dangerous or hard as it sounds. Done this many many times on trucks, Jeeps, and atv tires.

Considering I've spent about a hundo so far on reseating tires, that bead breaker is looking like a decent idea
