Do some research for the EMAIL of the CEO of FCA.. Mike Manley.. It's out there and an associate (owns a Dodge Ram Hemi) I know did find it, sent an email to him.. Wow did he get attention and a response.
Also try PM to @JeepCares ..

Just received a notice from Jeep Customer Care that they will not be helping with a Cylinder Head #2 dealership replacement($3.5k) on a 2014 Rubicon, 74k mi. Next step is to reach out to @jeepcares, anyone have a direct email for a Chrysler rep?

Not a good issue to hear about. First thing I would do to a new Jeep 3.6 is lower the thermostat temperature and go into the software to tell it what you did. I believe 230*F is way too hot for an engine. 195-200 is better for a maximum. Going into the software would require a trip to the aftermarket people with the right programmers. My Chevy never goes over 197 and runs like a dream.

2014 Driver side rocker noise
I have a 2014 JKU, now with 145k miles on it... my mechanic fixed passenger side rocker issue due to getting cyclinder code... now getting knocking on driver side.... cant afford to pay out more money on an issue that Jeep knows about and has for a while. Some help from Chrysler Cares might be needed as I believe Chrysler had extended the warranty on this fix?

My local mechanic did the passenger side, for under 1k. this may be a weekend job, as the parts are not expensive..... the funny thing is we also have a 2012 and 2001, no issues like this.
