Unhappy Rough/Stalling Idle - No Power

This issue happened before Christmas while on a short trip. It would barely idle and had no power under throttle. Sounded like it had a bad miss.

Got it towed home and pulled the codes: P0300, P0174, P2098

The last 2 codes were because the downpipe from the exhaust manifold was loose. That was an easy fix.

I replaced plugs, wires, and ignition module and it still had a rough idle that would die within seconds. So I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and now it won't start at all. Also getting a red lightning bolt during the cranking?

Jeep is a 2010 Wrangler Sahara 3.8L automatic. Any help would be appreciated. I'm about at the point where I'm going to get it towed to a shop. Thanks!

Have you tried putting the old crank position sensor back in and see if it will fire up?

I thought about that after I posted this. I'm going to give that a try tomorrow. Thanks for the reply!

Sounds like you crank position wiring not the sensor itself.

If the crankshaft or camshaft position sensor is changed then I would suggest disconnecting the battery overnight to see if the system resets. This may be the problem.

OK so I put the old CKP back in place and it is doing the same thing. Crank, sounds like it wants to start, but no start.

The plastic wire loom that runs along the frame rail is falling apart. So I need to check those wires a little closer but ran out of time.

The wires to the CKP are very short and tied down to the tranny. I did pull the fender off so I could inspect everything and I didn't see an issue with the CKP wires to the plug. I took a video just so you guys know what it sounds like.

I forgot to add after I changed the CKP the first time I did unhook the battery and let it sit over the Christmas holiday.

From your video, I'm suspecting the fuel pump or a fuel related issue is the problem.
